We work with smallholder farms across Colombia's high coffee belt, selecting lots by altitude, process, and cup. Each origin is documented and traceable.
Roasted to the lot
Roasting is measured to each lot. We aim for clarity, not character we added in the drum. Small batches, often.
Shipped fresh
Roasted to order and sent whole bean, so it reaches you close to the day it left the drum. No storefront, direct from the roaster.
